Our Customer Care team

Tuesday - Friday | 1pm - 9pm PST
Saturday | 1pm - 8pm PST

Much of our team work from our Spell HQ, store or warehouse all located on Bundjalung Country, in Northern NSW, Australia. We acknowledge the Arakwal People of the Bundjalung Nation, the traditional owners of this land.
